1. Does EduTracker.NeT have a web site to log into for demonstration purposes? Yes, please complete the information on the "Contact Us" link to obtain usernames and passwords. You may choose to log in as an Administrator, Teacher, Student, or Parent.

2. Does EduTracker.NeT offer Trial Implementations of its Web-Based Software? Yes. Go to Trial Information.

3. If we already have a student information system, would EduTracker supplement or replace our current system? EduTracker is a fully functional, stand alone, class and student information system, or it can supplement and enhance an existing student information system.

4. We already have a student information system. Maintaining another system doubles our workload. Is this not true? No. EduTracker.NeT personnel create the school's online core infrastructure and then enter all course, class, and user data. We then build interfaces with your school's current systems which eliminates any duplicative effort expended by your school staff.

5. Can EduTracker be hosted on our Server? Yes. Although it is not cost effective, EduTracker can be installed on a school's intranet.

6. How are student profiles loaded into the system? Please see our response to question number four.

7. Can administrators access/modify Teacher posted content? Yes. School administrators can assume the role of any teacher.

8. How are passwords generated and disseminated? School's have the option of supplying EduTracker.NeT with usernames and passwords or allowing the system to generate both automatically.

9. How are parents trained to use the system? Training for parents is not necessary because of EduTracker's ease of use; “point, click, and type”. However, parents will be provided with an introduction to the system on how to login and get help. Help screens are available on each web page within the system.

10. How much does it cost? For a limited time, the cost to a school to implement EduTracker is $3,000 a year for a school with 500 students. Training fees are estimated separately.

11. If our school purchases EduTracker, but does not want to use all modules, can some be removed? Yes. Modules can be removed in their entirety or functionality within the module can be limited.
