- At the school's option, email can be generated automatically under specific circumstances; such as grade posting, student absence or event planning and general announcements
- School-Wide notification system for students, teachers, parents, or specific classes or grades, or the entire school community
- Immediate availability of all class attendance and absence information
- All the tools necessary to set up marking periods, school calendars, period and block schedules, course and teacher availability, attendance recording rules and finally, to create the master schedule
- All day-to-day data maintained in a central database
