The EduTracker Parent has a more active role because they are informed and involved by using the information sharing and communications tools such as:
- Securely available 24/7 from any web browser regardless of location
- No specialized computer knowledge is required
- Progress Report available in graphic and tabular form
- Student Workload Report generates a calendar of pending assignments and tests for every class
- All applicable announcements and school or class events are clearly displayed
- Automated email notification for any number of specific actions: attendance reports, assignment postings, test or assignment grading, school or class or grade announcements, and more
- EduTracker Parents can use their existing email accounts or choose to access these messages within EduTracker's email facility
- EduTracker Parents can communicate with teachers or school administration via email
